		<description>Thank you for the update David!  NRA issued a press release on January 18, 2010, announcing the new partnership.  These types of changes happen in the industry as different payment processors provide different value and service to the associations and their members.  We do think Heartland is a better partner for NRA because of their solutions for the restaurant market combined with their pass-through pricing.</description>
